Balloon Man deve navegar no mortal TripSky e coletar os balões, cada um carregando partes do mapa rasgado para o covil secreto de Oiram. O Balloon Man move-se da direita para a esquerda coletando balões e evitando faíscas. O jogador deve usar o botão Ejetar para manter o Balloon Man flutuando.
