O jogo é um dos mais vendidos da série Game & Watch, vendendo cerca de 1.000.000 de cópias em todo o mundo. Inicialmente, o Fire deveria ter o prédio do lado direito e a ambulância do lado esquerdo, porém ocorreu um problema durante a fabricação do jogo e tudo foi espelhado.
